We offer customs clearance services from any of the UK ports covering all types of entries including temporary imports, IPR/OPR, private importations, historic artefacts, vehicle clearance and food stuffs.
For all imports in to the UK the consignee is required to submit an EORI (Economic Operator Registration Identification) number in order to clear through customs. We can supply the application form and assist with completing this form. Most businesses will have this applied to their VAT number but if you are not VAT registered then they will simply issue you a fresh number to use. Once you are EORI registered you are then free to use the same number for all future imports.
